Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement at no cost. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries internationally, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and parts of Europe. Availability varies by destination — enter your address at checkout to see if we deliver to your location.
